SX－300環(huán)氧材料為甲乙組雙組份材料，甲組份為多種100%固含量的高分子助溶劑與128樹脂復配而成；乙組份為多種高分子活性助劑與水性專用固化劑精配而成。是一款高固含量、低粘度的環(huán)氧材料。具有良好的滲透性、附著力、封閉性、固含量高、成本經濟、綠色環(huán)保等特點。

Sx-300 epoxy material is a two-component material of group A and B. group A is composed of a variety of 100% solid content polymer cosolvent and 128 resin; group B is composed of a variety of polymer active additives and water-based special curing agent. It is an epoxy material with high solid content and low viscosity. It has good permeability, adhesion, sealing, high solid content, cost economy, green environmental protection and other characteristics.

產品用途

作為環(huán)氧樹脂系列地坪涂料的通用底涂，砂漿中涂使用，應用于混凝土、瓷磚或其它基面。
As a general primer of epoxy resin series floor coatings, mortar is used midway, and applied to concrete, ceramic tile or other base surface.

施工說明

材料配比：1：2：1.5
      材料混合：按比例將Ａ組份、Ｂ組份倒入攪拌桶后攪拌均勻，再加入５０%的純凈水再次攪拌均勻。
      底涂施工：滾涂、刮涂、噴涂
      中涂施工：將材料混合均勻后再加入40%石英砂、40%石英粉、20%的425水泥，攪拌均勻后施工。
       施工條件：地面含水率要求8%以下，空氣濕度85%以下，氣溫5℃以上。
       密封儲存：密封儲存于陰涼通風處，防潮，防曬。

Material mixing: pour component A and component B into the mixing bucket according to the proportion and stir evenly, then add 50% pure water and stir evenly again.
Primer Construction: roll coating, scraping coating and spraying
Medium coat construction: mix the materials evenly, then add 40% quartz sand, 40% quartz powder and 20% 425 cement, and mix them evenly before construction.
Construction conditions: the ground moisture content is required to be below 8%, the air humidity is required to be below 85%, and the air temperature is required to be above 5 ℃.
Sealed storage: sealed storage in a cool and ventilated place, moisture-proof, sunscreen.
